1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FYCO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all versions of FYCO: Free, PRO, and Inc.
2. Description of Service
FYCO is a professional kitchen management application that allows users to track ingredient yield, calculate food costs, manage recipes, and coordinate kitchen teams. The App is developed and operated by K Academy.
FYCO is available in three versions:
- FYCO Free — Free version with up to 8 products and 1 user
- FYCO PRO — One-time payment of $8.99 USD, unlimited products, 1 user
- FYCO Inc — Monthly subscription, multi-user, cloud synchronization
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of FYCO Inc, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at frsk.academy@gmail.com.
3.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. K Academy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 FYCO Inc Subscription Plans
Starter: $15 USD/month — up to 4 users
Pro: $25 USD/month — up to 8 users
Full: $40 USD/month — up to 16 users
4.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
4.4 FYCO PRO
FYCO PRO is a one-time purchase of $8.99 USD. This is a non-refundable purchase once the product has been downloaded and activated.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FYCO to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose other than as expressly permitted
6. Intellectual Property
FYCO and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by K Academy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data you input into FYCO. By using the App, you grant K Academy a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
FYCO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. K Academy does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The App is intended as a management tool and should not be used as the sole basis for financial or business decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, K Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of FYCO after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

4.1 Storage
FYCO Inc data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which provides enterprise-grade security infrastructure. FYCO Free and PRO data is stored locally on your device.
4.2 Security Measures
- All data transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS
- Firebase Authentication for secure user access
- Firestore security rules to prevent unauthorized access
- No payment data is stored on our servers — payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Google Firebase (data storage), Lemon Squeezy (payment processing)
- Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
We will never sell your data to advertisers or marketing companies. FYCO products are ad-free.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your data in JSON or Excel format directly from the App
- Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
8. Children's Privacy
FYCO is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
9. Cookies
FYCO uses minimal cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of FYCO after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
